High end beauty salon/spa seeking a part time receptionist with excellent sales skills to join our team. Looking for an organized, responsible, energetic receptionist for a part-time position in our growing fast paced salon environment.
Primary responsibilities will be greeting and assisting all visitors, checking clients in and out, answering the phone, accurate cash handling, up-selling and... scheduling appointments.
Training will begin immediately Friday and Saturday; full time hours will be discussed upon interview.
RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Answering phone calls, voicemails, emails, texts, and responses on all social media platforms.
- Monitoring social media activity including review sites
- Scheduling appointments on spa booking software.
- Input accurate guest data in a timely fashion
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the salon.
- Provide all clients with excellent customer service and care.

- Handle all cash and merchant transactions.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of customer service/sales experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with many personality types.
